Spotlight on Our Service Manager

 Every strong shop has that one person who knows the work, knows the people, and knows how to keep everything moving in the right direction. For us, that’s Justin.

Justin’s journey at Tony’s Trailer Service began when he was a young adult, stepping into the shop with a willingness to learn and a work ethic that stood out immediately. He built his expertise the old‑fashioned way — hands on, day after day. Welding, body work, suspension, electrical, diagnostics, full rebuilds… if it rolled into our yard, Justin has repaired it, rebuilt it, or taught someone else how to do it.

Around 2023, Justin made the difficult decision to step away from Tony’s to gain the management experience we simply weren’t able to offer him at the time. It wasn’t easy to see him go, but we supported his growth and knew he had the potential to lead at a higher level. Those two years gave him the leadership training, operational insight, and confidence that would eventually bring him right back home.

In 2025, Justin rejoined us as Service Manager — and it felt like everything clicked into place. Today, he oversees operations, supports our technicians, communicates with customers, and ensures every repair meets the standard our shop is known for. And even as his role has evolved, he’s never lost the heart of a mechanic.

He still keeps a locker in the shop with his mechanic clothes ready to go, because he’s always prepared to jump back into the ring when the team needs him. Recently, he’s been coming in wearing a tie and button‑down — a reflection of the leadership role he’s grown into — but that locker is still there, and so is the willingness to roll up his sleeves without hesitation.

That balance of professionalism, humility, and hands‑on grit is what earns Justin the respect of both our staff and our customers. His leadership is grounded in teamwork, integrity, and the belief that no one is above the work.

We’re proud to have him guiding Tony’s Trailer Service forward, and even prouder of the journey that brought him back.
