Skilled Trailer Mechanic – Full-Time Opportunity

We’re looking for a skilled trailer mechanic and welder who takes pride in doing the job right the first time. If you know your way around a dry van, flatbed, or tanker—and you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty—we’d love to have you on our crew.

• Perform repairs on trailers and trucks using hand tools, shop equipment, and hydraulic jacks
• Diagnose issues and complete mechanical repairs with accuracy
• Conduct heavy-duty inspections and DOT-compliant evaluations
• Complete paperwork, including repair orders and PM sheets
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety protocols
• Work efficiently to minimize turnaround time and keep equipment rolling
• Stay flexible with changing priorities and assignments
• Maintain strong working relationships with customers, vendors, and teammates

• 1+ year experience in trailer or tanker repair (preferred)
• Welding experience (preferred)
• Familiarity with shop tools and safe operation practices
• DOT certification in FHWA inspections and air brakes (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and personal tools (preferred)
• Must be 18 or older
• Reliable, alert, and available for overtime when needed
